5. Eligibility for Refund
We handle each project with care and clarity, adhering to the scope outlined in our proposal. Refund eligibility varies depending on the service type and project status at the time of cancellation.
5.1 Website / E-Commerce Design

Full Refund:
If the project has not commenced or if the initial design has not been approved. -
Partial Refund:
If the initial design is approved but the project is incomplete. The refund will be proportional to the remaining work not delivered. -
No Refund:
If the final design has been completed, approved, and uploaded.Â
5.2 Logo Design / Brochure Design

Full Refund:
If the project has not started or the first draft has not been delivered. -
Partial Refund:
If only part of the design scope has been executed. Refund is calculated based on completed work. -
No Refund:
After final approval and delivery of design files.Â
5.3 Software/ Application Development

Full Refund:
If the development project has not commenced. -
Partial Refund:
If the work delivered does not match agreed scope or functionality. The refund is calculated based on the unfulfilled portion. -
No Refund:
Once the project has been fully delivered, tested, and deployed.Â
5.4 Branding & Marketing Projects
Branding and marketing services include strategic ideation, creative development, and campaign execution. These are non-tangible and phased deliverables.

If no work has begun and no resources have been allocated

If cancellation is made within 3 calendar days of payment and prior to any kickoff meeting or discovery session

Partial Refund:

If strategy, brand audit, drafts, or design assets have been partially delivered

Refund is proportional to completed milestones

Note: Third-party expenses (ads, tools, subscriptions) are non-refundable

No Refund:

If 50% or more of the project scope is completed

If the final deliverables (e.g., brand guidelines, campaign creatives) are approved

For monthly retainers once services for the billing cycle have commenced

If dissatisfaction is due to client-side issues (e.g., delays, non-response, or change of direction)Â

6. Applicability of the Delivery Policy
The following applies to all service types:

Refunds are void if payment milestones are unpaid or overdue.

Delays or project failure due to lack of timely client communication, incomplete briefing, or content will not be attributed to 3D Brand Agency.

We are not liable to meet delivery or refund timelines in the absence of complete and accurate project information at commencement.

Delivery delays are not grounds for refund unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement containing a penalty clause.Â
7. Limitation of Liability

3D Brand Agency’s financial liability is strictly limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project, as outlined in our proposal.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages resulting from delayed or incomplete services.

A refund will only be processed when a project is formally cancelled in writing by the client.Â
8. Refund Processing Timelines

Full Refunds:
Will be processed within 50 business days from the official date of cancellation. -
Partial Refunds:
Will be processed within 180 business days, depending on assessment and the method of original payment.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (e.g., credit card or bank transfer), unless otherwise agreed.

3D Brand Agency reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
